• We deliver across Africa using reputable couriers.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Delivery times:
  • Main Cities: 2-4 business days
  • Outlying Areas: 4-7 business days

a) Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

b) Delivery Conditions

• Deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
• If no one is available, the courier will attempt delivery again or contact you.

2. Collection Policy

• You can collect orders from our premises at 47 Fourteenth Avenue, Benoni, South Africa during business hours.
• Bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID for verification.
